Miniature Cattle

These are our first featured farm creatures! Mac is the brown and white steer and Bullseye is the black and white steer. We are raising these steer as fully grass fed and grass finished beef for our family. Mac is eight months old and is a full Miniature Hereford. He will end up 700 - 800 pounds when he is slaughtered at 30 months old. Bullseye is 18 months old and is a "Baldy" which is half Miniature Hereford and half Lowline Angus (Miniature Angus). He will be 900 - 1000 pounds when he is slaughted, also at 30 months. While Mac has a real ho-hum attitude, Bullseye has quite the personality and loves showing off. Whether he's knocking over the hay cart or running and bucking around like a PBR bull, he's fun to watch and loves to be hand fed snacks.
